We all go through times in life when we feel stuck and know that something needs to change, but where do we start? Working towards change can be much easier and faster with the support of a coach. Integrative coaching aims to bring clarity and perspective to achieve things that matter most to you.

 

Integrative coaching can help you find balance amongst the six core THRIVE principals that are vital for mental fitness. The core principals include Thoughts, Habits, Relationships, Intention, Values, and Environment. Unique coaching sessions are personalised based on individual values and goals. Goals can vary from increased energy, reduced stress and toxicity, to improved daily functioning, sleep, fitness, relationships, mindset, overall health and wellbeing, and much more.

 

Integrative coaching sessions are informed by a range of evidence-based research that include but are not limited to positive psychology, functional medicine and building biology. 

 

I offer coaching sessions online or in-person within Melbourne, Australia. Coaching sessions offer flexibility and movement whereby sessions can take place outdoors in nature where possible. The location of sessions will be tailored to your interests, needs, values and goals.
